Hi. I just got my Globe BB LTE installed last 23rd of October. My billing period is just between 23 Oct 15 to 26 Oct 15; and due date is on the 16th of November, 2015. My online job company complained that i dont have stable connection and asked me to change from LTE to WIRED. I have no choice even I like your speed. So can you help me tell what are the necessary things i should do. And especially how much i should pay? like termination fee or other penalty fee since it hasnt been a month yet? Please respond. I am very frustrated since the chat support and customer support cant answer me directly with this questions.
If chat and customer support cant help you, my advice is to go to your nearest Globe Business center and tell them you want to terminate your subscription. If you're lucky/smart you might able to have a termination fee waiver. Just tell them, your'e not satisfied to their services.
