    I can't register to GOSURF promos for 4 days now, please help...

      Hello!

       

      I just wanted to ask if anyone can help me address my concern with GOSURF. I've been trying to register to GOSURF50 since last Saturday, but I keep on receiving the message "Sorry, we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. Thank you."

      I was able to redeem a GOSURF10 via Globe Rewards, but when I tried to check my remaining mobile consumption, I received the message "Sorry, we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. Thank you." This is getting to be an inconvenience because I had to ask someone else to share a hotspot connection with me and go to a coffee shop and buy something just to be able to use their WiFi connection. I hope someone can help me. Thank you!
