I made a load yesterday and tried to register to the 70promo but got a notification that it wasnt process but when i check my balance it was zeroed out. I try to call cust care but it already took me 3hours wait so i decided to end the call. This so inconvenient. How can i get back my load. Tried to chat with thier chat support but gotten no resolution until now.
