    Call & Text Card not working!!!


      Bumili ako ng load card 2 days ago. First time ko gumamit ng globe sim due to the fact that smart is no longer offering unli surf. So, upon purchasing a new sim card, I also bought a load card worth 100php. Nung ni-reredeem ko na yung load via *143# sabi, your request cannot be processed, please try again later. I also tried to redeem it via 223, unfortunately it didn't work either. Ang sabi call card is invalid. Very frustrating! So, tumawag ako sa cust srvc. I spoke to giddy, sabi ng rep wala naman daw problema sa card #. So retry ko lang daw time to time within 24hrs. Pag di daw gumana, inadvise nya ako na bumalik sa retailer nung load card. Unluckily, i was not given a receipt upon purchasing it. So, i gave it a try once again. Until now, i am still getting the same error. What is going on? I dont know kung na scam ba ako nung binilhan ko o ang globe ang may problema. Shame on you globe! Now I feel that i made a wrong move in switching carrier!
