    Can a Globe Prepaid Account Specialist register to a GoSakto offer on a customer's behalf?

      I speak for the many Globe Prepaid customers:

      1.) who are having a difficulty registering/enrolling to their chosen GoSakto offer;

      2.) whose prepaid accounts are being deducted the equivalent GoSakto offer amount of their choice; and those

      3.) that are not getting their chosen GoSakto offer successfully registered/enrolled in their accounts.

      I had to wait for 11 hours and 21 minutes over the phone just to get a Globe Prepaid Account Specialist file a request to refund my missing credit.

      I was told to expect the credit within 24 hours from the time the request was filed...

      ...and maybe then some, perhaps an additional 25 texts to all network for the inconvenience?

      With the numerous failed attempts getting through the other Customer Support Channels while waiting on the phone, my experience with Globe has NOT been WONDERFUL at all.

      I do not want to go though the entire process again of:

      1.) having a difficulty registering/enrolling to a GoSakto offer;

      2.) having my account deducted the equivalent GoSakto offer amount; and

      3.) not getting my chosen GoSakto offer successfully registered/enrolled into my account...

      ...with the risk that I could, again, be wasting close to about 36 hours of my time:

      1.) waiting to get someone/anyone from Globe, for nearly 12 hours, to file a request for refund on my missing credit; and

      2.) expecting my credit back for another 24 hours.

      While I was sifting through the discussions and looking for options from the Globe Community, I saw this...

      ...now, if this means that there is another way of registering/enrolling to a GoSakto offer other than:

      1.) texting a code to 8888; or

      2.) using the GoSakto app; or

      3.) accessing the *143# portal...

      ...then I might consider this option. Is there anyone who could confirm this?

       

      With the proper verification and validation of our identities and our accounts respectively, can a Globe Prepaid Account Specialist register to a GoSakto offer on our behalf?

       

      I would not want to waste another 12 hours on the phone to get to a Globe Prepaid Account Specialist to register my account on a GoSakto offer only to find out that this information is incorrect.
