Hi There. I have 7Mbps plan. I'm satisfied with my download speed but I'm only getting 0.5mbps upload speed for almost a month now. Talk to a globe cx service and they can't send a technician to check because my modem/router is perfectly working fine. Any comment please, Do i really need to destroy my modem/router first before you send someone to fix this. Help!
Howdy marcopolo30982399999! I believe our CS reps are correct in saying that your modem is working fine as Tattoo Home Broadband connections aren't designed to achieve the same values in download and upload speeds. Hope this clarifies things.
