michellebibon I've also received call from a "third party" agent and offered me an additional line due to my globe broadband line is always updated in payment. I just called the customer service of globe to verify if this is legit and they informed me that this is legit. Kindly call the Globe customer service to check.

If I'm not mistaken, these calls are being done by our outbound reps. What were they trying to offer if you don't mind me asking so I can verify on my end?
I was offered an additional line (I already have 4 globe lines), particularly, P300 monthly for a 2-year contract with a Lenovo A5000 handset, P1700 cash-out. It has been more than a month after the call. I verified this with globe, their first question is, what was used to call me. As I mentioned, it was a cp number, then according to the globe agent, it was not legit since the number should have been a globe hotline. Please clarify, thanks.
