    pre-termination fee payment


      I paid for the pre-termination fee as advised by talk2globe agent, This was confirmed by another agent at the globe business center and she concurred with the first talk2globe agent.  But when I tried to apply for a new plan, another agent(3rd agent) @talk2globe doubted that the amount i paid is not sufficient as this might just be another payment for my next bill (mrf) on my account. Does it mean that globe agents vary in their opinions, views, with different computations, terms and conditions? You've been confusing me for the nth time.
