I have an application for LTE here in my new area/address since the reinstallation of DSL was not possible. Out of span daw. I've WAITED FOR SEVERAL DAYS sa update ng technical team. EVERY SINGLE DAY naguupdate ako since I work homebased I need to have a decent line. WALA MAN LANG KAHIT ANO..EVEN A CALL. Taz magrereport ung technical team sa CSR na pumunta na sila dito and they didn't find my place. Haven't they thought na pwede nila ako contact sa phone number ko? Lousy reason. DISAPPOINTING.
Napakabagal ng services nio. I've been patient for several days. May hangganan din patience ko. CALLING GLOBE TECHNICAL TEAM AT CONTRACTORS DITO SA HOLY SPIRIT, QUEZON CITY...bilisan nio naman ang action nio.
