I have requested globe to transfer my account from enterprise/individual to consumer/personal because I want to recontract my account to myLifeStyle Plan. I have provided documents for this request. My existing contract has only 3 days left, and i notified them to process this early, even if a pre-termination fee is required. I now have 5 reference and tracking numbers for just a single request. It's been 10 days since i have emailed them but no one bothered to email me back o on the status of my request. I'm now thinking of switching network or just apply to a new account since Globe always value new applications more than its existing customers.
