      Regarding my mobile internet which 10mbps dapat yun pero still 5mbps? pa din sya how many times I call since 11 November 2015 which my effectivitiy Na Nya November 10,2015.

      I don't see in my account there is changes coz still the same my parin. I think this new contract it automatically take effect why it coz like this i was disappointed every time i call I have to wait 24 hours again? It so hazzle. Pls let know.
