    Globe agent called to upgrade my plan - no email, no follow up. What should I do?


      A few days ago, a Globe agent called me and told me I was eligible to receive an upgraded plan with rewards or something. From 2 MBPS to 5 MBPS. Sweet! I confirmed everything, said yes, etc and received my reference number. However, opposite to what he said, I have not received an email regarding the whole transaction yet and I'm kept in the dark... when I was supposed to receive it immediately - note that the upgrade is supposed to take into effect next week. Is there any way to track the reference number and perform a follow-up? Thanks! Medyo excited lang.
