I am subscribed to a Sim Only plan for 499, with 3GB data and free Spotify Premium for 3 months but i cant activate my free Spotify Premium. After clicking the ALLOW button for activation, it goes to spotify.globe.com.ph/order/process but the page does not load , the screen is just white, supposedly , it should route me to a page where it says "YOU ARE READY TO PLAY" to know if the activation is successful but the screen is just white and will not load even if I refresh the page, i already tried using a different browser but im still getting the same problem, I cant reach globe customer services on 211 and i cant get help from their chat support. please help, thanks!
