Signed up for the pre-order on November 4 and opted for the November 11 pickup date. A CSR calls, verifies my account details and all the payment information for recontracting ahead of time. Things were settled and CSR moves the date on November 13 instead due to unit availability. I go to the store on the said pickup date and cued up. I saw 3 people get their units but when my time came, person in charge told me there were no units sent to my name yet. Dismayed, I called the hotline to expedite the issue and they guaranteed that I would get a call on the weekend. It's been three days and nil calls from them. Called again today and there was still no "feedback" from my issue. Nice job, Globe.
