Hi, I recently got my iphone 6s plus at Globe Store, i was using my old sim from my iphone 5s and all the set up was ok. I experienced invalid sim with my old sim so i went to Globe store to have it replace. Now I'm trying to set up my imessage and facetime but I always get a "Activation Unsuccessful" feedback. Anyone can assist me with my concern?
Howdy pennytan_0808! If I'm not mistaken, you have to first unlink your previous mobile number from your Apple ID. Perhaps you can search for the steps on how to do this on Apple's official website. Hope this helps.
