    Home Broadband LTE Plan So slow??

      My brother recently subscribed to LTE plan 1299 4 days ago, and then yong connection speed namin hindi umaabot ng 3mbps as stated sa plan which is 3mbps. Below 0.80mbps lang talaga yong internet speed na nakukuha namin. At first we thought baka hindi pa na activated yong account kasi sabi ng technician na yong subscribed speed mag take effect lang after ma activate yong account namin.


      Para ma actionan agad, we reported the problem sa customer service for immediate action para ma onsite visit narin sa mga technician nila. After a day, may nag onsite inspection yong technician sa bahay namin and to find out that wala palang LTE signal sa area namin. Like seriously? ilang ulit na naming tinanong yong technician yong nag install sa LTE sa bahay namin if meron ba talagang signal at sabi nila meron daw… at ngayon after na namin nakabitan sasabihin nila walang signal kaya ang bagal ng net? Mas mabilis pa yong pocket wifi namin.

       

      My question is if pwede ba e terminate yong contract without paying yong early termination charges? Naloko na nga kami tapos ngayon we will be paying 1.5k+ (inclusive of vat and other charges) for 2 years para sa internet speed na sobrang bagal?
