      What has happened to the auto-pay? It says to contact my bank. When I contact my bank they said to contact Globe. I was enrolled in this before thru Globe, not thru my bank.

              I had the same response from my bank.  Initially, I contacted the Globe CS, but they told me to contact my bank, my bank said said that Globe needs to make arrangement to auto pay.  They re pointing fingers who will setup the autopay for my account.  I Then contacted Globe Customer Service  again and relayed the response of my bank and asked for application form to apply for AutoPay.  The response I got is that autopay has been discontinued, Is this true?
