    Prolonged process of recontracting


      Good day, i have been encountering problems with regard to my recontracting...  Can someone pls assist me? Ive been calling customer service and got almost the same remedy given..Its been a month since I agreed to avail your gcash promo for recontracting but it was disapproved several times, although I have complied with the requirements, the reason given to me is that they were not able to contact me..that my phone was just ringing.i checked on my logs and got only one missed call..i dont know what kind of protocol you have on noting unreached client..they should have called me on alternative numbers that i have given..or could have send a message..i was only able to knew the problem when i call up the operator for follow up.. Thank u very much...
