      I called the hotline last nov 8 and agent properly processed my demand of recontracting. She told me na it is ready for pick up on nov 20 but up until now, wala pading response and feedback. So much inconvenience it caused me already. Every now and then, nagaupdate ako for the follow up and until now wala padin response. Puro nalang escalation and report ang sinasabi sakin ng agent. Sobrang nakakaperwisyo na. I was expecting the handset iphone 6s gold 16gb to arrive and ready for pick up last nov 20, I cancelled everything just to pick it up sa store but when I called the hotline. Wala pa daw don. I also go to the store to check if mag available bang handset for me yet hindi naman ako inassist but instead let me talk to the customer service din sa phone na available don. Please do something about it!!!!!! Nagemail narin ako at nagmessage sa fb as well as sa twitter yet neither of them responded!!!!!! Hay globe!!!! Sobrang nakakadisappoint kayo!!!!
