So I confirmed and placed the order last Nov. 16. The day after that, someone called me getting all my info and stuff and was advised eventually that I should be receiving my phone yesterday Nov. 24 before 6PM. I did not receive any call from the call nor Globe yesterday. All I received was an SMS asking me if I have received my phone or not yet. I keep calling customer care but they could not provide any tracking number. They keep telling me that they'll have it reported.
