I am a globe postpaid user since 2013 under plan 999, the contract will end this coming december 2, i applied for recontracting 30-days earlier, i was qualified and i requested the galaxy note 5 na may cash out na 19,200 na ima-monthly charge ng 800 tru credit card, in my confusion one time charge pala yun if kukunin mo na yung unit sa store, may requested unit arrived at SM Gensan Globe center last November 12 hindi ko siya nakuha kasi hindi kasya yung remaining balance ko sa cc, so ang sabi ko i will request na lng to cancel it. I was disappointed with the store customer service kasi wala man lang nag-entertain to give me an option na pwede pala siya charge to bill, sa internet ko pa nalaman. So, i called the hotline and they confirmed na pwede ko siya e-request ng charge to bill, ang gagawin ko lang is to request an increase credit limit para qualified ako sa charge to bill ng unit. I went back to the store the next day, and i told them the suggestion i got from their hotline, i brought some financial proof of income para to convinced them i am capable sa request. Unfortunately it was disapproved because ang dapat daw nasa 35k yung monthly salary ko. Anyway may isa pa po akong new account sa globe, Plan 999 din na may cash out na 5000. I gave up trying to convinced your team that i am capable to pay and be responsible on my account. Kung hindi lang dahil sa mahina yung mobile data signal sa lugar namin i will never get the services of Globe. I have 3 accounts in SMART, and i have good standing credit with them for 6 years now. Kung gusto niyo ng maraming subscriber try to be a little bit tamer pagdating sa pag-scrutinized ng kapasidad ng mga tao sa pagbayad. Hindi naman ibig sabihin na mababa yung amount ng financial proof eh wala ng kakayahan magbayad. Kaya nga kayo may rewards or loyalty team di ba!?
