    Globe Recontracting


      I applied for recontracting through the hotline last nov 16. the agent processed my request and she said that i can pickup the phone on nov 27 at the sm city iloilo globe store. i went there but the phone was not delivered yet. na-disappoint pa ako kasi wala man lang maibigay na cause of delay ang agent sa globe store. hindi daw niya alam kasi nagrereceive lang sila ng delivery. suplado pa ang dating niya. may units daw na dumating pero reserved yun para sa mga new applicants at additional line. hindi ba dapat priority ang nagrerecontract kasi loyal subscribers kami? then ang only advice niya ay 'wait for a text message/call from them if dumating na ang unit'. wala man lang range of date kung kelan. so right now, i'm waiting for that text/call na hindi ko alam if this week, next week or next month pa dadating. btw, i applied for an iphone 6s plus. i understand that because of the high demand for the phone, mejo nauubusan kayo ng supply. but please, be fair to us loyal customers. just give us an idea kung kelan ba talaga dadating para hindi naman kami umaasa everyday. thank u
