      I applied for recontracting through the hotline last nov 16. the agent processed my request and she said that i can pickup the phone on nov 27 at the sm city iloilo globe store. i went there but the phone was not delivered yet. na-disappoint pa ako kasi wala man lang maibigay na cause of delay ang agent sa globe store. hindi daw niya alam kasi nagrereceive lang sila ng delivery. suplado pa ang dating niya. may units daw na dumating pero reserved yun para sa mga new applicants at additional line. hindi ba dapat priority ang nagrerecontract kasi loyal subscribers kami? then ang only advice niya ay 'wait for a text message/call from them if dumating na ang unit'. wala man lang range of date kung kelan. so right now, i'm waiting for that text/call na hindi ko alam if this week, next week or next month pa dadating. btw, i applied for an iphone 6s plus. i understand that because of the high demand for the phone, mejo nauubusan kayo ng supply. but please, be fair to us loyal customers. just give us an idea kung kelan ba talaga dadating para hindi naman kami umaasa everyday. thank u

            Naku sabi nnga b ganto rin mangyyari sakin.... 1week nun n p reserve ko un phone. Dec 21 n dispatched n un unit. Dec 23 which is today ang pickup ko s unit ko pg punta ko dun wala p daw doon un phone, ttwgn nlng dw ako. Pg chck s sytem nila kakaalis lng dw ng mg dedeliver. Hayzzzzz sobra nto. 2months bgo ako npa reserve un unit. Tpos ganto p....

              simula pa lang ng kalbaryo mo yan pag naka-kausap ka ng tao galing sa recontracting nila. maraming marami pang mangyayaring kalokohan that will seriously make you question why you're even recontracting with Globe in the first place. Wala kasi talaga silang pakialam sa old subscribers.

                      A week after ng supposed-to-be-pickup date ko, ngtxt ang GLOBE FIX na di na daw available ang preferred unit ko so wait dw for a call from an agent to arrange ng bagong choice of unit. I waited for 24hours pero wala namang tawag so i called them instead. I explained about my case and the agent said wala naman dw sa system nila ung pagtxt ng GLOBE FIX. Then, inendorse nya ang samsung note 5, baka dw gusto kong un na lang kunin kong phone. Dun na ako mas nainis. E di sana kung yun na nga yung gusto ko sa start pa lng, hindi na ako nghintay ng 3 weeks para sa wala. I have this feeling na they're doing this para maibenta ang note 5..tinatry nila kung gigive-in ang customer..idedeny na may txt from GLOBE FIX..walang stock, etc..in the end, after ko sinabi yung mga sentiments and disappointments ko as a LOYAL CUSTOMER, the agent said na wait dw ako ulit for a few days because may stocks na due for delivery. Baka dw included na dun yung reserved for me. In 3 days time, i got a txt from globe store na dumating na nga..haaaay..modus talaga to para lng abutin nila ang target sales nila for their other offered phones..kung di ko lng hinahabol na maretain ko ang contact number ko para walang hassle, lumipat na ako sa smart..
