Sorry to hijack this thread.
I have this problem also. Every they will just send a technician who god knows what they do and then the internet will work for maybe a week or two, then the problem recurs. That technician tells us that there is a problem with the main box and he is requesting for it to be changed but I dont think that was changed bec we still have this problem.
I also read in another thread about the Carrier Grade NAT (Globe Residential Network Transformation CG-NAT 2017) which may cause slow connections and disconnections.
If this will not be fixed, we may have no choice but to look to another ISP.
