    Globe home broadband always disconnects, router led indicator is always RED.


      Hi. For the past days and up until now I am experiencing disconnection from the internet. What happens is that when I turn on the router, the led indicator turns red, which indicates that I am disconnected, I had to restart the router for several times until I can get connected, had to do more than 10 restarts, and sometimes, when I am connected it disconnects randomly, so I had to restart again. Though the signal in our area is fine, and I always pay my due. I just wanna know if there's a fix for this issue or if i am the only one experiencing this scenario. Thank you.
