I was advised last week that the LG G4 phone I availed though my postpaid plan application was already scheduled for delivery on Dec. 14, 2015 which was yesterday. However, I didn't receive the gadget yet. I already called Globe Customer Service and Account Specialists regarding this, but the advice I got from them is to just keep my line open and wait. I asked for the reference number just now but hindi daw sila makakapagbigay since nase courier na raw yung handling nun, although they already sent a report for this incident. Would anyone know the Globe's official courier so I could directly raise my concern to them?
