    Platinum upgrade problem

      Hi. I upgraded my MLP 1799 to Platinum Lifestyle Plan 3799 last November through 211.  At the latter part of the transaction, the agent who processed my request told me that an error appears indicating a problem regarding my credit limit.  But a week prior to my request, my credit limit was already increased.  I made the request for change of plan 2 weeks before my cut-off date.   I was advised na effective 13 December 2015 platinum plan na ako.  Kaya pina-cut ko na isa kong line.  But, unfortunately, my plan is still at 1799.  Sobrang hassle na. Halos every night after office tumatawag ako sa hotline para mag-follow up.  Ang conversation ko sa CSRs umaabot hanggang 1:00AM.  Kaya lagi akong inaantok sa trabaho. 

       

      I'm not asking for VIP treatment para i-prioritize ang concern ko.  But I think every paying client has the right to assert for the service they deserve.

       

      Hope someone from Globe could help me.
