    Not yet reactivated after a week


      Hi. We have availed a plan (Home Broadband) coupled with a postpaid plan, unli call and text. I have already called 211, the agent who have installed the plan waived his obligation in activating the phone and even says that he cannot do anything else. What should we do? Thank you.
