My question is, can I get this replaced? I already contacted Apple via chat support but they referred/directed me to call their PH hotline. I don't have access to anything (landline, mobile network) right now except the internet so I can't call nor go to the nearest Apple / Globe shop.
Or this kind of shenanigans is just normal to Apple particularly to refurbished units? Really frustrated right now cause I didn't even use it that much. I've read and heard bad reviews re: the lightning cable but this earphones' just two weeks old.
