    Services and charges are still on-going even after cutoff, is this normal?


      Hi Guys,


      Just wanna ask, it is way past my account's cut-off date (September 20, 2015) and I'm wondering why I still have data services and in turn, receiving charges monthly. Shouldn't accounts be terminated automatically after the cut-off date?


      Follow up questions:

      If I want to stop the charges and services, what should I do?

      If I want to continue my plan for another 2 years, what should I do? Do I get another new device?
