    Unbilled Charges

      Hi Globe! I paid my bill today due tomorrow. This morning (8am) i received a text message of my unbilled charges in the amout of 152 the  at 10am another text message of 200 unbilled balance. Then after lunch i paid my bill when i got home after 30 min or an hour my line was disconnected again due to the unbilled balance amounting to 578. Like WTH. Nanganagak ba ung unbilled charges na yan? Tapos tumawag ako sa CS to know kung ano un at bakit palobo ng palobo. Data daw, i was using wifi since last night pa dahil na ung data usage ko is 2.83 gb na mapupuno na ung 3gb data allowance ko sa para sure at wala ako mabayaran na data i started using our wifi. Yung totoo? Nihindi nga ako nakapag-on ng data tapos ssbhin sken nagamit ko? Pakiexplain nyo kasinhindi naman basta bsta na pag sinabi nyong bayaran namin bayad agad subscriber kami so kelangan namin malaman para saan ung bbayran nmjn kaai i doubt na nagamit ko un. Malabong malabo!

          Hi peavydenisse, mas mainam kung pwede tayong makipag coordinate sa hotline para ma explain about it at para ma investigate. Need mo rin ibigay sa kanila yung handset model, para ma check baka hindi naman na totally off yung data mo sa phone. Example kung Iphone na version na 8.3, need na i set ang voice to 3G kasi kapag naka LTE nagkakaroon parin ng data connection even naka off na yung Data sa phone:

           

          Due to your iOS version is now 8. 3. As per screenshot below, you should choose 3G or 2G so that LTE will be off and it will stop the unnecessary charges in your data browsing.

              Hi Emel, Thanks for your reply. Im not using an Iphone model, Samsung yung gamit ko. I went to Globe Store and report it they screenshot the message thread na sinesend skin ng globe every 2 hrs. na palobo ng palobo yung bill. I really hope na masolve yun kasi never naman talag naka-on ung Mobile data ko since sa jan.16 pa nga ulit bblik sa 3gb ung adata allowance ko.

                  Great peavydenisse at least na report na ito. Chineck din ba nila yung data cellular setting ng Samsung phone mo? Dapat na check nila iyon kasi kasama yung sa report na gagawin nila

                                    Hi peavydenisse, This is what I've got:

                                    • If you don’t wish to use mobile internet, and want to avoid unnecessary data costs, you can disable this on your device.
                                    • Choose Next for step-by-step instructions.
                                    • Go to the Start screen.
                                    • Choose Apps.
                                    • Choose Settings.
                                    • Choose Data usage.
                                    • Disable Mobile data.
                                    • If this screen appears, choose OK.
                                    • If this screen does not appear, go to the next step.
                                    • Data usage has been disabled.
                                    • Return to the Start screen.
                                    • To enable the use of mobile internet again, undo the previous actions, and (if necessary) see manual internet configuration to activate mobile internet.

                                        Hi! Thanks for the info. I followed the steps pero sa Apps wala namang setting dun so what I did is I choose the Data Usage and nakadisabled naman yung Mobile Data.

                                            Ayt. Paki check din yun sa Status Bar ng phone mo. Data hindi rin naka higlighted yung "mobile data". Kung lahat naman ay okay. Need talaga mareport yung incident na ito sa hotline din o i follow-up sa globe store kung saan mo na ireport ang concern na ito.
