    Is it just normal for GLOBE TELECOM to KEEP their customers waiting for the service upgrade for almost 1 MONTH?


      Is it also your habit not to FULFILL the scheduled on site visit... DO you really value your customers? If so, why do i have follow up every now and then to your CS and still nothing happens.. very dissatisfied.. and honestly I am planning to terminate my service...
