    Globe Rewards Concern

      Hi! I'm a globe prepaid subscriber. I just bought a new nano sim last december 2015 and have loaded it already. Then, when i try to check my points now under MyGlobe Rewards, it always text me back saying:

       

       

      "Thank you for your interest in Globe Rewards. This program is currently open to Globe and TM consumer accounts only. To learn more about the Globe Rewards mechanics, please visit www.globe.com.ph/rewards or call 211 on your mobile phone."

       

       

      Also, whenever my sister will share her Globe rewards points to my globe number, it will text back to my sister saying:

       

       

      "Sorry, we were unable to process your share points request. The recipient of your points is not a valid Globe or TM number. Please try again using a different number."
