      We applied through online LAST DECEMBER 16, 2015 AFTER THAT MY DAD WAS INTERVIEWED ALREADY AND WAS TOLD THAT GLOBE WILL BE CALLING THE HR OF THE COMPANY WHERE MY DAD IS WORKING AT. AFTER THAT, NO MORE FOLLOW UPS

       

      TAPOS KAMI NA MISMO NAGFFOLLOW UP

      ANO BA GUSTO NINYO MAGIISANG BUWAN NA KAMI NAGHIHINTAY PARA SA WALA. BAKIT DI NALANG SABIHIN NA DENIED PALA HINDI YUNG PINAGHHINTAY KAMI NAGMUMUKA KAMING TANGA.

       

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PURO KAYO "GAGAWA PO NG REPORT" MGA LIMANG REPORT NA ATA ANG NAGAWA WALA PARIN NANGYAYARI GRABE TALAGA

          I personally have not been recommending applying online since from experience it really takes longer (I have several accounts). even if documents are in order. This is one area where Globe drastically has to improve on and since the creation of this community, we members have given a lot of suggestions on how to address this frustrating process.

           

          Try applying in a Globe Store and if documents are in order then you go home with your plan (and unit if it is available).

            Same issue here. Applied last December 17,2015 online. provide all the requirements needed. nakapag employment verification na din. But until now, pag tinatanong ko status, lagi on process. sobrang tagal na. I hope magawan ng paraan ng globe yung concerns natin since madami pala tayo na ganto ang concern. nakaka disappoint talaga

                i actually thought that the online application will be more convenient for us because my dad has work that's why we can't visit the store on weekdays ((it's better if weekday since not much people)) but then i was wrong, mas hassle pa pala! grabe naman globe

                    Me too. I thought less hassle pag online application pero so much hassle pala. nakakainis lang dahil almost everyday ako nag fofollow up, lagi sinasabi,wait for feedback or the application is on process. Gosh, almost 1 month pina-process??. Grabe talaga globe! So much stress binibigay satin.

                      If only i have the power to help you abrie, pero hindi po ako empleyado ng Globe.

                       

                      Ang maitutulong ko lang sayo ay suggestion, tulad ng pagkansela ng application mo sa online at mag apply muli sa tradisyonal na pamamaraan gaya ng pagpunta sa Globe Business Centers. (siguraduhin po lamang na dalhin ang kompletong requirements).

                       

                      Don't stressed your self ha, kung ayaw nilang asikasuhin ang application mo dedmahin mo na lang meron pang ibang telco dyan. #Hugot

                          Hi notevenfollowed , just received a call yesterday and my application was approved after almost everyday na pagpa follow up. I just hope hindi din ganun katagal ang delivery ng handset. Globe subscribers kasi ang family ko,friends and sa work din that's why i can't switch to other telco. Thanks anyway

                           

                          lexgask keep on calling them and ask the status. That way malalaman mo if my ginagawa ba sila sa application nyo. I hope ma approved na application mo.

                              we still haven't received any calls from Globe although i've already cancelled my application thru their facebook page but then they still asked me to keep my lines open because they were making a report about it na. but ohwell i bought my 6s outside nalang and just bought a prepaid sim. hassle kasi eh it was supposed to be my birthday gift

                                  Actually,it was supposed to be my Christmas gift to myself. sayang naman. muntik ko na din ipa cancel yung sakin dahil nauubusan na tlaga ako ng pasensya. Anyway, enjoy your new phone and I hope makuha ko na din ang phone ko.same tayo ng inapply.
