      Nag punta kami sa branch ng globe sa isang mall last December asking to connect wired internet sa bahay. Then your personnel told us na LTE daw meron samin. Nagtataka lang ako parang ayaw niyo na wired connection ang gawin. I agreed anyway since yun ang si nuggets. We applied for LTE 999 pero pag dating ng bill umabot sa 1600 yung kelangan bayaran. Nagbayad na kami ng 1300 nung kinabit. Tapos yung nasa bill Jan7-8 lang yung date since Jan7 kinabit tapos ganun na kagad kalaki?  To think na MESSENGER AT GOOGLE lang ang nagagamit namin dahil sa hina ng signal. Paki explain naman po. Thanks

          Howdy Ken. Apologies for the confusion. Did you check the breakdown of charges indicated on the bill? That pretty much explains where the charges the coming from. Let me know if you need further clarification.
