Yes... it appears then disappears. It's a hit an miss thing form my experience.
Right now at this very moment the ORs cannot be viewed.
I always pay through the Globe Store so I would have a copy of my OR in REAL TIME. The online facilities of Globe (application, payment and even viewing) may not be ripe enough to meet standards of traditional business and documentation. My thoughts eversince they ventured in a lot of online things.
ORs from "My Account" CANNOT be viewed up to this very moment (2015).
I don't think it has been updated even as payments in 2016 are not reflected.
It seems to be a system wide glitch more than an account related problem.
