    Why can I not get my official receipt?


      I have received messages from GLOBE stating that my Official Receipt is ready for viewing. After following the directions, however, given in the email message, I keep getting a window which opens and at the top says EOR not available.  This has been happening since October. Is there a problem with the Official Receipt programme?
