So here's the thing, a close friend of mine asked me if I could fix her phone, a Samsung J5. Me being a little savvy in programming and such, of course I volunteered. The thing is, her phone was frp locked (to be exact "custom binary blocked by FRP"), unfortunately the only way I know to fix this is through resetting or reflashing the ROM of the device. Unfortunately I having doubts if it would be that easy since her phone is currently subscribed to a Globe postpaid plan. So as stated above in the header, is it safe to flash the ROM without compromising the postpaid program that is built in the phone.
Howdy Ralph. While we definitely can't stop you from flashing the device, I'd just like to make the point that doing such a thing might void the warranty altogether. I wouldn't recommend it. If you can, feel free to bring the device to our nearest Globe store for a technical check-up.
