    Bakit Ganito?

      Hi concern ko lang po . Nakaplan 999 ako unli call and txt globe/tm plus 3GB internet cut off ko every 15th of the month

      TUESDAY 1/19/16 at 5pm  I check my unbilled charges dial *143# =its 0.00

      Then Friday 1/22/16 at 6.53am I check again my unbilled charges =its 356.32

      local sms-15.14

      Internet-341.18

       

      Bakit po nagkacharge ako ng ganun kalaki ?

      Chineck ko po kaninang umaga ung usage ko sa *143#  1079mb pa lang nagamit ko . Paki sagot naman agd anong ngyare? Bakit bglang nagkaganun ?

          Hi Wonderful day, kailan ba ung Cut-Off date mo?, posible kasing pati ung data mo naging Pro-Rata, You have two choices, pwede kang tumawag sa HL Para maverify or antayin mo nalang ung bill mo na dumating.

          Pero  Suggestion lang tawag  ka nalang sa HL para manote nila na may CHarges ka na . pero iaadvise ka din nun na tumawag sa HL

            Running usage mo yan, however maaring magbago yan after ng cut-off, make sure na wala kang other networks services like SMS or calls that would be on top of your plan yun eh.

              Bakit po hindi na pwedi gamitin ang unused data na pinabayad nyo ng buo?  We already pay for it why we can not save it and use it on the next billing cycle? is it fare for your subscriber? You guys implemmenting capping on data like other country you said, but why you can not  give to your subcriber all the unused data that has been paid like the other country?
