    hello, i have registered to 3mbps or 1300 plan i'm using home broadband w/ a phone from globe, it's been a week but my minimum download speed is still 800kbps and its must be up to 3mbps based on the plan, even it would just reach 2mbps i would be happier

      hello, i have registered to 3mbps or 1300 plan i'm using home broadband w/ a phone from globe, it's been a week but my minimum download speed is still 800kbps and its must be up to 3mbps based on the plan, even it would just reach 2mbps i would be happier. I contacted globe support and they just told technical support is working on the tower of our area, i don't believe on that cause they were not able to provide a date when will that issue will be done. I'm not happy w/ the service, If after a month and this issue is still not resolved, i would like to disconnect my services w/ globe.
