    KYC process

      Hi Globe community

       

      I went to SM Taytay awhile ago to KYC.

      Since I'm new to this GCash stuff, customer representatives told me na KYC'ed na daw ako and she told me na may marerecieve daw akong SMS that confirms my KYC verification.

       

      So far wala akong narecieve na sms regarding dun sa KYC, and I show her this.

       

      (It happens last night, kaya pagkagising ko palang deretso nako sa store nila para makapag verified)

       

      "Sorry, this transaction is not allowed. You need to be a KYC'ed Gcash customer. Call 2882 for more info."

       

      And she told me na I have to call the hotline para maayos to. Pero for god sake, walang dial tone yung phone nila.

      So I told her na babalik nalang ako bukas and tatawagan ko yung hotline na yon as soon as I get home.

       

      Tapos nung nakauwi nako nakarecieve ako ng message with subject NEW GCASH M-PIN sa email ako saying na KYC'ed na daw ako.

      So I tried transferring my prepaid load to gcash but still yung sorry transction not allowed bureche parin yung lumalabas.

       

      I need help. Nalilito ako. Hahaha

      By the way, I'm 18, and for gaming purposes yung pag gawa ko ng gcash (AmEx)
