    pre-paid sim activation


      hi globe community. please help me. last monday, i went to globe store at sm north annex to have my sim replaced with a mini sim for my new phone unit. i was told it will be activated within 24 hours. it has been almost 48 hours and my sim is not activated yet. i have been checking with the globe hotline on the status and still, nothing to date. i could have easily replaced my sim with a new number but i opted to keep my old number which has been my only number since i started using a mobile phone many many years ago. what to do? pls advise asap. thank you
