I have a globe sim which I have been using for roaming for more than 7 years but after my vacation this January 2016, I can no longer register it as roaming in UAE. My sister (in the Philippines) had verified it through Customer Service and they confirmed that the sim is already activated. I have tried for several times to reset (removing the sim & returning it back) and selecting the network manually but my efforts are futile. I have read some post to communicate to globe2talk in twitter but I don't understand why I can't send message on twitter.
Please assist as I want my globe sim back to roaming in UAE.
