    My plan did not upgrade


      So last February 7,2016 I applied for an upgrade from my old plan 3Mbps to 5Mpbs. I was informed that I had to wait 24 hours for the changes to take effect. It has been more than 24 hours and almost 2 days and there is still not change. I contacted the customer service and the lady said that in their system it is running fine. I tried turning off my router but with no luck it's still stuck at 3Mbps. Can someone help?
