PHP 50 is usually either late payment fee or paperbill charge. You may register to paperless billing and pay your bills before due date to avoid these charges.
Newly installed Bundled plans have these charges below.
* INSTALLATION FEE worth PHP 1000 amortized for 3 months. You should be able to see it in your bill under MONTHLY RECURRING FEE (MRF) with "AMORTIZED INSTALL FEE-P333.33" description. (333.33 per month)
* WIRELESS LANDLINE - P1200 amortized for 6 months. (200 per month)
From what i understand, your account is newly availed since you were saying that you were charged of additional fees.
You might want to call 211 to inquire if your have charges on your SuperHome Phone. SHP is only FREE unlimited calls to Globe or TM numbers. calls to SUN, Smart and other provider may incur charges.
Ang alam ko if na gamit mo na yong allocated data mo babagal lang yong internet pero no additional charges. Sa Mobile lang applicable yong may additional charges on top of the allocated data (GoSurf). usually pag bagong account, halos magkasunod lang ang 1st and 2nd bill depending sa activation date at cut-off date pero normalized na pag dating ng 3rd onwards na billing statements.. yong first bill kasi is from activation date to billing cut-off. then 2nd bill onwards is normal billing cycle na.
but i already paid for an installation fee... and madalas n akong tumawag sa 211 yet di naman nila ma explain?

Kanino po kau nagbayad ng installation fee? Baka po sa tao lng? Kasi s lahat po 3mos din po tlga siya kinukuha. Kakakabit lang din kasi sakin. Sabi nga sakin free installation. Tapos sa bill meron kaya nagtanong ako.
kahit sabihin pa na may additional na 200 per month para sa wireless landline sobra pa din yung sinisingil sa akin
plus uulitin ko po nagbayad po ako ng installation fee ng ikabit ito..
wala pong makasagot sa inyo ng tanong ko.. ang monthly bill ko for internet minsan 1900+ minsan 2000+
then after a few days na ma settle ko yung payment koi may dumadating nnman minsan 500+ minsan 300+ TAKE NOTE IAM AWARE NA NAG CHA CHARGE SI PHONE NG ADDITIONAL FEE KADA TEXT SA LAHAT NG NETWORK AT KADA TAWAG SA IBANG NETWORK...and HIGIT SA LAHATNAGBABAYAD AKO BAGO MAG DUE DATE CONSISTENT PO...
Installation fee are actually amortized and not paid upright.. baka yong binayaran mo is advance MSF which should reflect on your first or second bill.. if you can provide the breakdown of your billing statement here.. maybe we can help you explain your bill and maybe we can provide you advice if in case there is unnecessary charges on your bill..
Customer Care should be able to explain you the breakdown of your billing statement since they are trained and equipped with information about your account.

Your SHP should be charged only if you will make chargeable transactions aside from call to Globe TM numbers. If you will use your SHP solely to call Globe/TM numbers and landline within same area code, there should be no charges.
