Another disappointment. Last Wednesday February 10th someone called me na marireceive ko na yung iphone 5s last Saturday which is the 13 of February. So since I'm really having a hard time na magtiwala again sa mga promises nila I asked the lady if that will be the latest date na maririceive ko ang device, no another days or so. I apply for this bullsh*t device since January 7 and today is February 15 na. Kung di ka magpafollow up walang nangyayari puro nalang pasensya pasensya pasensya. Sa sobrang empathy nila sa mga consumers nila makakabuo na ako ng sarili kong bakery. Parati nalang paasa. I called last night to prioritize my concern but nothing happened. Sabi lang nila is nagkaroon ng failed delivery. na sana is they call me nalang para ma aware ako, But NO! Napaka unprofessional. Lahat ng nakausap ko wala daw magagawa. Maghihintay padin daw ako ng tawag ng deliveries. This is so ridiculous! Im just wasting my time waiting for something without any assurance. Hanggang ngayon wala pa akng naririceive na call back from them which is really annoying in my part and as well they ruining my appointments. Naghintay ako ng kaytagal nung Saturday from 10am-5pm at kinancel ko lahat ng mga lakad ko para hintayin lang yun kaso wala. What's wrong with you guys? Expectations again? You guys are working in a corporate company and you should understand where we are coming from. Napaka hussle ng ginagawa nyo. You need to rectify this issue as soon as possible kung may hihintayin paba ako o wala na o magapply nalang ako ng plan sa iba.
