    Help on my wifi connection

      I just got my pocket wifi plan 499 and the customer service says I just needed to wait fr the SIM activation, no need to set up the unit. When I got the txt saying its activated, I still cant access the internet. When I check the status on 192.168.8.1 it says disconnected. Do I have to change something, like turning mobile data on?
