    Reversal still for Approval since November 2015

      Hi nelskib i want to settle this case once and for all, kakapalan ko na mukha ko at nagmamakaawa na ako sa customer service kaso waley pa rin. I have this reversal amounting of Php4898 since november and have been calling globe religiously almost every week until now wala pa rin conclusion at palaging for approval, im not sure whats happening at your end and then this billing department been contacting me endlessly asking to settle my dues but customer services insist not to settle until the reversal is fixed...ping pong ang peg ko at hindi ko alam saan lulugar..

       

      nagmamakaawa na ako   don't tell me to chat send tweet or online chat kasi these people somehow ignoring me.
