What's even worst is I called your Cust service line and guess wat after patiently waiting in the queue for 2 HOURS, your CSR JUST HANG UP ON ME WASTING MY 2HRS SUPPOSEDLY I AM SLEEPING!!! I also tried chat and good luck I got the same results!! Now tell me? What is your fixfor this issue!! I would really want globe to return at least 25 pesos of my load
