          Kindly report the incident to our Globe Prepaid Hotline and they will check on this and after validating if this is valid report, they will give back the load within 24 hours. Call 211 or (02) 730-1000. Just follow the voice prompt to route your call to Prepaid department. Operating hours: 8am-10pm.
