    lost registered promos

      Last monday,03.07.16,i successfully registered (of course,a lot of attempts b4 i succeed)to SUPERSURF200.yesterday,network signals (for this,i can accept).but today,as i start to surf,internet were totally lost!!!i tried to check my SUPERSURF STATUS but 8888 replied that im not registered to any surfpromos!!!!GLOBE,PLEASE CHECK MY ACCOUNT.YOU HAD ALL THE TRAFFIC RECORDS.I MUST BE REGISTERED TILL 03.11.16...tnx...
