    GoSAKTO System Problem




      I registered to GOTSCOMBODD70 last March 7. that supposed to last for 7 days, but just a day after, I received s notification from 8888 that my subscription has already expired. Then I check GoSAKTO status thru *143# and got a reply that I'm not currently subscribed to that promo. Does it have something to do with the recent system maintenance of Globe? What could be done to correct this? I slao tried calling the customer service (211) but no one answered after an hour of waiting!!!!! I hope Globe would do something about it.
